T-Mobile Survey

Well as a way to reflect on my last post about customer surveys, I want to tell you about this T-Mobile survey that I had to take earlier today. It was regarding a call I made yesterday to customer service to get my little sister’s sim card unlocked.

They asked me some good questions and made me feel happy about having this service. That is what I was talking about yesterday, surveys can be annoying, however they can be helpful to help the customer see how the business is handling them. If you are business, you might want to think about it.
