This is the second of a series of threads that will go up about the Gamers Forum Servers. They are going up one by one because they are unique. This is for the Counter-Strike: Source server. It is newer than the CS 1.6 server and it is a newer game as well.

Use steam to add us to favorites OR use the connection command in Console inside the game and connect using one of the addresses below. Please use only ONE and note the domain is a .ORG and not a .com, many people make the mistake.

The time has come for me to promote my game server connection addresses once again. And this regards to the Counter-Strike 1.6 server for my forum called Gamers Forum.

I have been trying to win a Call of Duty 4 game Auction on eBay for the past week or so. And so far, I have absolutely 0 luck. I haven’t even gotten close to winning an auction because I either forget about the auction or someone always bids above my price range.

Hopefully I can win one because it is almost crucial for me because i need to do some testing for CoD4 server I am trying to set up. Hopefully it will all work out for me.

My server is almost finalized. I just have to try a few things to see if I can set the domain on the server in place of the IP. And If I cannot do anything over this weekend you can expect me to post my individual server IPs here starting Monday so you can come by and play on our servers.

Since I’ve set up the game servers properly you should know that the CSS server is no longer a gun game server but Gun game can be turned on whenever necessary. Just a lot of work for the weekend I guess.

CSS or Counter-Strike Source was giving me problems as I explained a few posts ago. Well I fixed it and I will tell you how you can fix it if you have the same error.

1. Open your steam program.
2. Click File
3. Click Settings
4. Click the “in Game” tab
5. Uncheck the box that says “Enable Steam Community In Game”

And you are done. Simple steps and I can’t believe I reinstalled my game and wasted an hour on that. But if you have the same problem, there is a simple solution. Don’t waste time reinstalling!

I have been trying to turn on my CSS game for a few minutes and so far I keep getting a fatal error so right now I am backing up all the hard files and will reinstall everything in the next hour or so hoping it will fix itself.

Well Finishing this post took a few minutes and right now the install started and it is almost 10% over because I am downloading at an average of 700 kilobytes per second which is pretty fast but could be quicker.
